    Standing VS sitting- SPINE stress? Which is easier? What position places less stress on the spine- standing or sitting in a chair (assuming good posture)?

      Sitting is pretty harsh on a spine for long periods of time. I recommend an adjustable work station that allows both. Standing is definitely better for your spine. Jeff
